TubeCut Performance® 2/4

This new 2D laser cutting system, built by Synlas is powered by a IPG laser and is ideally suited to the automated production of medical tubing and implants such as stents made from stainless steel (304 or 316 L), cobalt chromium alloys (L 605) or NiTiNol, in varying lengths, diameters and geometries.

The TubeCut Performance® can be equipped with different laser beam sources, depending on the product you want to produce – for example SPI Laser, IPG Laser, Piko Laser or Femto Laser, to name just a few. In our laboratoryour experienced application engineers will go through every test necessary tosupply you with the best laser cutting solutions. Our laser cutting system has a solid granite base which guarantees lifelong absolute stability during the manufacturing process, ensuring cutting tolerances of less than 2 μm.
